Delivery and ordering

Lily's Allure is a creative space of slow beauty inspired by Greece, the sea, and things chosen with the heart.

I am personally in Greece and with special attention I select for you exquisite items from local brands, small boutiques, Greek designers and monastery workshops. Each item is a find that touched me with its aesthetics, quality and soul.

How to place an order

Lily's Allure operates in a personal selection format.

To place an order, write to me directly:

After your message, I will promptly check the relevance and send complete information:

  • Availability of goods

  • Final cost (including delivery)

  • Estimated completion date

  • Additional photos and details (if needed)

Cost

The price of the goods indicated on the site is approximate. The final price is confirmed individually before payment and may depend on the exchange rate, shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable).

Payment

  • 100% prepayment after order confirmation

  • Payment to a Ukrainian account of an individual entrepreneur or international transfer (Wise, Revolut, bank transfer)

Delivery

After confirming payment, we personally purchase your item directly in Greece - from the brand or in one of the monasteries on the Holy Mount Athos.

The general order processing time is 14-35 days from the date of payment. We always strive to do this as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

After purchase, we carefully pack the order and hand it over to the reliable Greek transport company Sengeridis Travel.

  • Shipping takes place every Sunday.

  • Delivery time to Ukraine is 5 days.

Upon arrival in Ukraine, Nova Poshta will notify you of the arrival of the parcel. You can receive it:

  • At a convenient Nova Poshta branch, or

  • Order courier delivery to your address (for an additional fee).

The exact delivery cost (from 1 to 2 € per kg) and the deadline are always communicated to you individually before payment.

Importantly

Lily's Allure is not a mass store, but a curated space. Many items are limited edition or made to order. Each order is a little story that I create individually for you.

You can cancel your order before the item has been shipped from Greece and receive a full refund. After shipment, cancellation is only possible in the event of a defect.
