Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Lily’s Allure website.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. General

Lily’s Allure is an author’s curated space, not a conventional online store. We present carefully selected items from Greece and other countries. Many products are available on a made-to-order / pre-order basis.

We reserve the right to change the assortment, prices, and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Pre-orders

  • All orders are placed through direct communication (WhatsApp / Viber / Email).

  • 100% prepayment is required after order confirmation.

  • We begin processing only after receiving full payment.

  • Delivery times are approximate (usually 7–14 days after payment).

  • We do not guarantee permanent availability of all items.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are indicative.

  • The final price is confirmed individually before payment.

  • Price may change due to currency rates, shipping costs, or customs duties.

  • Refunds are possible only before the item is shipped from Greece.

4. Delivery

  • Shipping is arranged through reliable carriers.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer after dispatch.

  • Delivery to Ukraine is usually included in the price (for most items).

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only before shipment from Greece.

  • After shipment, returns are not accepted (except for manufacturing defects).

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, photos, design, logo) is the intellectual property of Lily’s Allure. Any copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Lily’s Allure is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure.

  • We are not responsible for minor color or texture variations due to photography or screen settings.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
