Returns & Exchanges Policy

Lily’s Allure is an author’s curated space where many items are sourced on a made-to-order basis. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Rules

Returns and exchanges are possible only before the item is shipped from Greece.

Once the item has been shipped from Greece, the order is considered final and cannot be returned (except for manufacturing defects).

Because we work primarily with made-to-order and pre-order items, each purchase is individual.
2. Conditions for Return
You may return an item and receive a full refund only if:

The item has not yet been shipped from Greece.

You cancel the order before shipment.
-
The item has a manufacturing defect discovered after receipt.
Non-returnable items:

Items made or purchased specifically for your order

Personalized items
-
Personal care products (cosmetics, candles, incense, etc.)

Monastic products (incense, icons, oils, etc.)

Used or damaged items (through customer fault)
3. Return Procedure

Within 24 hours of receiving the item, notify us via WhatsApp / Viber (+380 50 838 34 44) or email: liliya.nikop@gmail.com

Send photos of the item and packaging.

After confirming a defect, we will arrange a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Exchange
Exchanges are possible only in exceptional cases and by prior agreement. The customer pays for shipping costs for exchanges.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer’s change of mind — the customer pays for shipping both ways.

If there is a manufacturing defect — we cover the return shipping cost.
6. Important Notes

We make every effort to ensure photos accurately represent color, texture, and appearance. Minor differences due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not grounds for return.

Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, slight variations in texture, size, or shade are normal and not considered defects.
