This document is an official Public Offer (proposal) of the individual entrepreneur [Your Full Name] to sell goods through the author’s space Lily’s Allure.
By placing an order or contacting us through the website, you unconditionally accept the terms of this Public Offer and agree to be bound by them.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Lily’s Allure is an author’s curated space, not a conventional online store with stock. 1.2. Most items are selected individually. Many products are available on a made-to-order / pre-order basis. 1.3. Some goods, especially from the “Monastic Treasures” section and Greek brands, are purchased directly in Greece after your order confirmation.
2. Order Placement

2.2. After your request, the Seller checks availability, clarifies details, and sends confirmation with the final price and delivery time. 2.3. The order is considered accepted for processing only after 100% prepayment is received.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. Prices on the website are indicative and may vary depending on currency exchange rates, shipping costs, and supplier terms. 3.2. The final price is communicated to the customer before payment. 3.3. Payment is made by 100% prepayment to the Seller’s bank account (details are sent after order confirmation). 3.4. The order begins to be processed only after the funds are received.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine and internationally. 4.2. Approximate delivery times:

Items in stock — 2–5 days after payment

Items ordered from Greece — 7–20 days after payment (depending on the supplier and customs)
4.3. Delivery is carried out through reliable carriers (Nova Poshta, DHL, FedEx, etc.). 4.4. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. According to the legislation of Ukraine, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. 5.2. Returns are possible only in the following cases:

5.3. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. 5.4. Items made or purchased specifically for an individual order, as well as monastic products, are non-returnable.
6. Liability
6.1. Lily’s Allure is not responsible for:

Individual intolerance or allergic reaction to the products

Delivery delays caused by carrier services or customs

Minor differences in color or texture due to photography
6.2. All information about the products is for reference only and is not a medical recommendation.
7. Confidentiality
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Public Offer at any time. 8.2. The current version of the Offer is always available on the Lily’s Allure website. 8.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
